Life Time exists for the purpose of providing a new hybrid in coming alongside people as they journey through life.
Theo Obrastoff pastored in various churches for over twenty years. Over time he discovered a real need to go beyond “I’ll pray for you” and “I’ll hear your confession” and to spend an investment of time helping people who wish to live healthier lives (mentally, spiritually–holistically) through counseling or life coaching.
